Performance Improvement: Stages, Steps and Tools

About This Website

This interactive Website, created by the PRIME II Project and IntraHealth International (formerly Intrah), presents a revised edition of Performance Improvement Stages, Steps and Tools, first issued in print form in 2000. IntraHealth International/PRIME II published this site online in August 2002 (www.intrah.org/sst/). Additional copies of the CD-ROM version are available by writing us at the e-mail or postal addresses below.

We produced an interactive version of Stages, Steps and Tools to give ready access to the important information in this publication. Quick navigation will bring the entire toolkit to the user's fingertips. We hope the CD-ROM will help health care planners and managers use the Performance Improvement (PI) approach to build the capacity of providers and organizations working in family planning and reproductive health care.

Read through the Website to learn more about the PI process. Or use the Main Menu to go directly to the Stages that interest you most. Then explore the Performance Improvement Toolkit for easy-to-use instructions and forms that will guide you step-by-step as you apply PI in your own projects.
